1. Who we are

Shaqool (“we”, “us”) publishes SCQF, the Saudi Construction Quality Framework. This policy explains what personal data we collect through www.shaqool.org, how we use it, and the rights you have. For any question about privacy, contact us at hello@shaqool.org.

١. من نحن

تنشر «شاقول» (ونشير إليها بـ«نحن») الإطار السعودي لجودة البناء (SCQF). توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات الشخصية التي نجمعها عبر www.shaqool.org، وكيفية استخدامها، والحقوق التي تملكها. لأي سؤال بشأن الخصوصية، راسلنا على hello@shaqool.org.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you choose to give us through the register-interest form: your name, organisation, job title, country, email address, the type of organisation you represent, your area of interest, and any details you add about the failures you see in your work.

We collect no payment information, and our website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.

٢. ما الذي نجمعه

لا نجمع إلا ما تختار تزويدنا به عبر نموذج تسجيل الاهتمام: الاسم، والجهة، والمسمّى الوظيفي، والدولة، والبريد الإلكتروني، ونوع الجهة، ومجال اهتمامك، وأي تفاصيل تضيفها عن الأعطال التي تراها في عملك.

ولا نجمع أي بيانات دفع، ولا يضع موقعنا أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو التحليلات.

3. How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to keep you informed about SCQF — for example, sending you the current draft of a published part, or inviting you to take part in the technical committee.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

٣. كيف نستخدمها

نستخدم بياناتك فقط للردّ على استفسارك وإطلاعك على مستجدّات SCQF — مثل إرسال المسودة الحالية لجزء منشور، أو دعوتك للمشاركة في اللجنة الفنية.

ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراضه التسويقية.

4. Legal basis

Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in developing the framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

٤. الأساس القانوني

حيث ينطبق قانون حماية البيانات في المملكة المتحدة، نعتمد على موافقتك المُعطاة عند إرسال النموذج، وعلى مصلحتنا المشروعة في تطوير الإطار. ويمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بمراسلتنا.

5. Who processes your data

Our form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your submission to our inbox; our email is hosted by Zoho; and the website is hosted by GitHub Pages. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which may receive your device’s IP address as part of serving them.

Each of these acts only to provide its service to us, and not for its own purposes.

٥. من يعالج بياناتك

يُسلَّم نموذجنا عبر خدمة Web3Forms التي تمرّر إرسالك إلى بريدنا؛ ويُستضاف بريدنا لدى Zoho؛ ويُستضاف الموقع عبر GitHub Pages. وتُحمَّل الخطوط من Google Fonts، التي قد تتلقّى عنوان IP لجهازك كجزء من تقديمها.

ولا تعمل أيٌّ من هذه الجهات إلا لتقديم خدمتها لنا، لا لأغراضها الخاصة.

6. International transfers

Because these services operate internationally, your data may be processed outside your country, including outside Saudi Arabia and the United Kingdom. We take reasonable steps to see that it is handled with appropriate safeguards.

٦. النقل الدولي

لأن هذه الخدمات تعمل دولياً، قد تُعالَج بياناتك خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك خارج المملكة العربية السعودية والمملكة المتحدة. ونتّخذ خطوات معقولة للتأكد من التعامل معها بضمانات مناسبة.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your details only for as long as we need them to correspond with you about SCQF, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

٧. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببياناتك فقط للمدة التي نحتاجها للتواصل معك بشأن SCQF، ولا نتجاوز ما هو ضروري. ويمكنك طلب حذفها في أي وقت.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To exercise any of these, email hello@shaqool.org and we will respond promptly.

٨. حقوقك

يمكنك أن تطلب الاطّلاع على بياناتك الشخصية لدينا أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو أن نتوقّف عن مراسلتك. ولممارسة أيٍّ من ذلك، راسل hello@shaqool.org وسنردّ في أقرب وقت.

9. Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The only third-party request it makes is to load fonts, as described above; the site works — and the language switch functions — without any cookies at all.

٩. ملفات تعريف الارتباط

لا يستخدم هذا الموقع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبّع أو الإعلانات. والطلب الوحيد لطرف ثالث هو تحميل الخطوط كما وُصف أعلاه؛ ويعمل الموقع — ويعمل مبدّل اللغة — دون أي ملفات ارتباط إطلاقاً.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
